The differences that need words

One subscription or separate plugins. Growave's plans cover loyalty, wishlist and reviews together: one bill, one setup. Froonze lists each as its own plugin with its own plan, and you can turn each on or off separately. If you use all three tools, a single plan is simpler. If you use one or two, separate plugins mean you do not pay for tools you are not running.

Where each app puts the features you ask for first. On Growave, VIP tiers, store credit, gift cards and Shopify POS Loyalty QR sit on the Growth plan. On Froonze, VIP tiers start on Loyalty Advanced, store-credit cashback is on the free Loyalty plan, and Loyalty QR cards sit on Loyalty Unlimited. What happens as orders grow. Growave's paid plans include an order allowance and charge for orders above it. Froonze does not charge overages, but each plugin plan has an order limit: past it, the dashboard locks (storefront features keep working) until you upgrade or the billing cycle resets.

How does data come in?	Migrating loyalty data from Growave to Froonze requires CSV files. The data points need to be paired during the migration process. This is available on every Loyalty plan.
Who does the work?	Merchants can use the available self-serve tools to migrate their data. Froonze Support can assist with the import.
