Can I award points for orders placed before the app was installed?
It depends. If you're migrating from a different loyalty app like Smile, Growave or Okendo, then you can just import the loyalty data into our app. If this is your first loyalty program, then it's possible to export your customers' total spend from Shopify, convert it into loyalty points based on a ratio of your choice and import it into our app. Our support team can handle the entire migration flow for both cases.
Can I customize the loyalty widgets to match my store and brand?
Absolutely. The loyalty widgets are fully customizable. Stores can brand the loyalty program to perfectly match their store only with the available in-app settings. If you need more complex customizations or you are a Shopify agency or developer, then you can use CSS, JavaScript and our Loyalty API to achieve your desired look and behavior.
Is your loyalty app compatible with Shopify Customer Accounts or do I need to switch to Shopify Legacy?
Our loyalty plugin is entirely compatible with Shopify Customer Accounts (one-time passwordless code), as well as Shopify Legacy. You can add our widgets to your store, including as a loyalty hub embedded on Shopify's new default account page, product pages, checkout page (requires Shopify Plus due to Shopify limitations), and always-on loyalty floating widget accessible from anywhere on the storefront.
What integrations are available with your Shopify loyalty program app?
We have built-in integrations with Klaviyo for email marketing, Judge.me for reviews (although our own reviews plugin integrates seamlessly), PushOwl for push notifications, Shopify Flow for automation and custom loyalty flows, and Shopify POS for in-store loyalty.
Does your app allow excluding and including customers and imported orders?
Yes, we have eligibility rules for the entire loyalty program. You can exclude and include customers based on tags; this is helpful if you have specific customer groups like wholesalers that you want to exclude from the loyalty program or if you want to create a private loyalty program for specific customers besides the VIP program. You can also filter which orders give points or store credit based on sales channels and order tags; this is handy when you import orders from other platforms or during seasonal sales peaks like BFCM.
