app differences

The differences that need words

.

Free against included. Judge.me's free plan covers unlimited reviews, photos and videos, widgets and automatic requests. Reminders, custom questions, product groups and several widget options sit on Awesome ($15). Froonze has no free Reviews plan, but its $5 to $15 plans include all of those, up to 1,000 orders a month.

Reviews and loyalty. On Froonze, reviews can reward customers with loyalty points, because Reviews and Loyalty are plugins of the same app. If you keep Judge.me, Froonze Loyalty can award points for Judge.me reviews through an integration listed by Judge.me. It needs Judge.me Awesome and Froonze Loyalty Advanced ($10).

Reach and tooling. Judge.me goes further than Froonze Reviews on syndication, AI, integrations and questions and answers. If those drive your reviews strategy, Judge.me is the stronger fit.

Question Answer
What can be moved from Judge.me? Reviews, from a CSV. Judge.me's export does not include videos, tags or verification.
How does data come in? Judge.me exports up to 100,000 reviews per CSV file. Froonze imports a CSV up to 10MB, with the option to keep one review per customer and product or import every row. A large export may need splitting.
Who does the work? Merchants can use the self-serve import.
What should you test first? Import a small batch, check ratings and photos, then the review widget on your theme. Keep Judge.me installed until you are happy. We have not confirmed that a Judge.me export maps cleanly, so start small.
