Where the price crosses. VIP tiers cost $10 on Froonze (up to 500 orders) and $30 on Appstle. Between 501 and 1,000 orders both are $30. From 1,001 to 2,000 orders Appstle stays at $30 while Froonze moves to $60. From 2,001 to 5,000 orders Appstle's Business Premium is $100 and Froonze stays at $60. Check your own monthly order count before comparing.

What a tier does. On Froonze each VIP tier can have its own points multiplier, and entry can be by points, spend or order count. Appstle's docs describe entry by points earned or spend, and a one-time reward when a customer reaches a tier. We found no per-tier earn rate in them.

Family of apps. Appstle's loyalty app sits beside its Subscriptions and Memberships apps, each with its own plans. If you run subscriptions on Appstle already, that connection is a real reason to stay.

I use froonze since we started with shopify, nearing 2 years now. The Support is superb! Super friendly, super fast and the app is great! How does data come in?	Froonze has a self-serve CSV import ("Add points to existing customer balances", up to 10MB). Appstle's listing mentions data exports.
Who does the work?	Merchants can use the self-serve import. Support-assisted migration is listed from Loyalty Premium.
What should you test first?	Import a few customers and check balances, then tiers, expiry dates and redeemable rewards. We have not tested a full Appstle-to-Froonze migration, so start with a small file.

What is the main difference between Froonze and Appstle?

Plan structure. Appstle puts VIP tiers and points expiry on its $30 Business plan. Froonze puts them on its $10 Advanced plan, which stops at 500 orders.

Is Froonze cheaper than Appstle?

Up to 500 orders, yes for VIP tiers and expiry. From 1,001 to 2,000 orders Appstle's $30 plan is cheaper. Above 2,000 orders Froonze's $60 Unlimited is cheaper than Appstle's $100.
