🥳 Woo-hoo! Judge.me Product Reviews now integrates with Customer Accounts Concierge to reward your customers for leaving glowing reviews of your shop and products. This integration is part of our Loyalty Program plugin, and it allows you to reward points for Judge.me reviews based on relevant criteria. Such as UGC content (pictures and videos), rating and verification status.

Judge.me Product Reviews is a fast-loading, fully customizable review app available in 38 languages. With Judge.me you can schedule automatic emails to get reviews with photos and videos after order fulfillment or delivery, or import them from other apps easily. This top-notch Shopify app helps you improve your conversion rate by showing reviews and UGC on your storefront widgets, sharing them on social media, and adding stars on Google for SEO.  And all plans include unlimited reviews, photos and videos.

Our integration with Judge.me lets you add a new Judge.me Review earning rule to your Loyalty Program. Once enabled and set up, your customers will start receiving points for reviews they submit of your shop and products. In addition to the amount of points, the rule can also be customized with valuable criteria. Such as extra points for pictures or videos, minimum rating, conditional content, verified reviews.

To enable the integration, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the Loyalty Program plugin (500 orders Integrations plan) is enabled in our app's Subscriptions. Loyalty integrations are available starting with this plan
2. Now log in to your Judge.me settings dashboard. This step is necessary so both apps can sync on the next step. You must also be subscribed to Judge.me Awesome plan to complete the integration. 3. Back in our settings dashboard, navigate to Loyalty Program > Integrations and toggle on Judge.me Product Reviews
4. Click on Connect to Judge.me Product Reviews on the right panel. You'll be taken to the Authorization screen to approve the access permissions. Click on Authorize and wait for the success message
5. Enable the earning rule. Go to Loyalty > Earning Rules, and toggle on Judge.me Review
6. Click on the Edit button to configure the points and conditions such as: minimum rating, extra points for pictures or videos, limit of rewards a day. Then click on Save.

Do I need a paid plan in any of the apps?

‍Yes. Setting up the integration requires a Judge.me Awesome plan and to be subscribed to our 500-orders Loyalty Program plan.

Is it normal that the reviews take some time to be rewarded?

Yes. On average it should take around 8 minutes. This is because our app does a second check on each review to confirm if there is additional content like pictures or videos.
